Zusammenfassung:One embodiment illustrated herein includes a method that may be practiced in a computing environment. The method includes acts for atomically writing data up to a predetermined maximum size of data to a blob object, wherein a blob object comprises a combination of a backing file in a traditional file system and a database record in a traditional database. The method includes writing data to one or more shared staging files. The method further includes cloning associated extents from the one or more shared staging files to a destination file representing the blob object at a desired offset desired by a client.
