METHOD FOR PRODUCING A COATING FILM AND A COMPOSITE MATERIAL

The invention relates to a method for producing a coating film that takes, if required, the shape of sheeting or panels, particularly for coating a carrier layer (3), if required textile materials and/or polyurethane shell foams and/or a textile carrier layer (3), wherein the coating film (100) has a, if required, multi-layered top layer (1) and a connecting layer (2) which is connected thereto and comprises, if required, a plurality of layers (2', 2"), for the purpose of connecting to said carrier layer (3). According to the invention, - as the connecting layer (2), a non-crosslinked polyurethane layer having thermoplastic properties and a strength of between 0.080 and 0.500 mm, preferably between 0.200 and 0.500 and particularly between 0.120 and 0.180 mm, is produced and connected to the upper layer (1), and - as the upper layer (1), a single-layered polyurethane layer or a preferably double-layered polyurethane layer constructed with an outer layer (1') and an inner layer (1"), not having thermoplastic properties or having a non-thermoplastic amorphous or predominantly amorphous structure, is used which is thinner than said connecting layer (2).
