Zusammenfassung:	A power control apparatus according to an embodiment includes an acquisition unit and a determination unit. The acquisition unit acquires information relating to a voltage of a chargeable/dischargeable secondary battery during charging. The determination unit determines a maximum current of the secondary battery during charging on the basis of the information acquired by the acquisition unit so that the maximum current tends to become smaller as a difference between an upper limit voltage and the voltage of the secondary battery becomes smaller and is limited by an upper limit current.
