Zusammenfassung:A semiconductor integrated circuit (16) includes a constant-voltage circuit (30) that outputs a constant voltage and a constant-current circuit (32). The constant-current circuit (32) includes a first transistor (36). A voltage input as an input voltage to a first gate electrode of the first transistor (36) is equal to the node voltage at an intermediate node (38) in a connection path between the output of the constant-voltage circuit (30) and an external resistor (18). A source region of the first transistor (36) is connected to a fixed power supply (22), and a drain region of the first transistor (36) is connected to the external power supply (12) via a load (14). In the first transistor (36), a constant current can be made to flow between the source region and the drain region based on the input voltage. A constant-current drive system (10) in which the semiconductor integrated circuit (16) and the external resistor (18) have been mounted on a circuit board (20) is also constructed.
