METHOD AND DEVICE FOR THE STRETCH-BEND LEVELING OF A STRIP

The invention relates to a method for the stretch-bend leveling of a strip (B), in particular a metal strip, wherein the strip (B) is bent alternately around a plurality of upper straightening rollers (4a to 4d) and a plurality of lower straightening rollers (5a to 5d) in a first system section (A1), wherein at least 90% of the total stretching degree is produced in said first system section (A1), and wherein remaining curvatures of the strip are then eliminated in a second system section (A2) by bending the strip (B) around at least three straightening rollers (4e, 6, 7, 8), at which the angles of wrap are set individually and independently of each other and independently of the angles of wrap at the straightening rollers (4a to 4d, 5a to 5d) of the first system section. The invention further relates to a device for carrying out the method described above.
