Zusammenfassung:	A technique for detecting unintended moving of an environmental sensor reduces wasted time and energy resulting from an environmental sensor obtaining useless data and reduces undesirable erroneous data accumulation, and thus improves the efficiency or the quality of environmental measurements. The environmental sensor including a plurality of sensor elements that measure a plurality of physical quantities associated with a surrounding environment detects moving of an environmental sensor (S104) based on an illuminance and a change in the illuminance among the plurality of physical quantities (S102, S103), and transmits an alert signal to a user (S105) when the moving of the environmental sensor is detected.
