Zusammenfassung:An image acquisition device (1) includes a light source (11) for outputting light (L1), a spatial light modulator (13) having a plurality of pixels arranged two-dimensionally and for modulating a phase of the light (L1) output from the light source (11) for each of the plurality of pixels, an objective lens (16) for radiating the light (L1) modulated by the spatial light modulator (13) to an observation target (S), a photodetector (18) for capturing an image of the light (L1) from the observation target (S), and a control unit (19) for controlling an amount of phase modulation of each pixel in accordance with a phase pattern (P) in which phase values corresponding to the plurality of pixels are two-dimensionally distributed. The phase pattern (P) is generated based on a predetermined basic phase pattern (31). The basic phase pattern (31) includes a first region (32) in which the phase value continuously increases in a predetermined direction (D1), and a second region (33) in which the phase value continuously decreases in the predetermined direction (D1) and facing the first region (32) in the predetermined direction (D1).
