Zusammenfassung:	The invention concerns a method of treating biological liquids comprising providing a device comprising a base having a front face; a moveable or removable door having a closed door position; a circuit comprising a plurality of connectors, a network for conveying liquid between said connectors, a bag comprising flexible films and said connectors, a press comprising a first shell disposed on said front face and a second shell disposed in said door; and a hinge system hinging said door relative to said base, being disposed on one side of said door so as to form, in the closed door position, lateral clearances between said door and said base over the rest of a perimeter of said door, so as to enable access to the network connectors of said bag; connecting at least one of said connectors to a source container containing the biological liquid to treat; connecting at least one of said connectors to at least one treatment component; and injecting the biological liquid to treat into the circuit.
