Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a method for obtaining phosphate from raw materials containing valuable substances. The aim of the invention is to provide an economical method for recovering phosphates from raw materials containing valuable substances with greater yields than known methods. According to the invention, this is achieved by a method in which an extractant is selected from the group consisting of (i) a combination of carbon dioxide (CO2) and sulfur dioxide (SO2), (ii) a combination of carbon dioxide (CO2), sulfur dioxide (SO2), and nitrogen oxides (NOx), and (iii) a combination of carbon dioxide (CO2) and nitrogen oxides (NOx).
