Zusammenfassung:	Provided is an adhesive tape with a release liner in which a decrease in the protrusion height of a low-adhesive convex part partially formed on the surface of an adhesive layer is sufficiently suppressed. An adhesive tape with a release liner, containing an adhesive tape having a low-adhesive convex part partially formed on a surface of an adhesive layer, and a release liner for protecting the surface of the adhesive layer of the adhesive tape, wherein the release liner has a compressive elastic modulus of not more than 1 MPa.
