The dew point temperature τ of the steam-containing vapor is first increased to 95 to 99 °C, preferably 95 to 97 °C, the vapor is then condensed in at least one condensation chamber, and the vapor condensate obtained after the condensation of the vapor is used to obtain energy/heat.
