Zusammenfassung:	A color conversion composition as a mode of the present invention is a color conversion composition that contains the following Component (A) and Component (B) and converts incident light into light with a wavelength longer than that of the incident light. This color conversion composition and a color conversion sheet containing the same are used for a light source unit, a display, a lighting apparatus, a backlight unit, an LED chip, and an LED package. Component (A): an organic light-emitting material; and Component (B): at least one of a polyester resin having a partial structure represented by General Formula (1) in its molecular structure and a resin containing a bisphenol structure represented by General Formula (2): (5O-Y-O)5 (1) (where Y is a divalent saturated aliphatic hydrocarbon group having at least one of a tertiary carbon and a quaternary carbon) (where R 1 and R 2 each represent hydrogen or a C 1-20 organic group; R 1 and R 2 may be the same as or different from each other).
