Zusammenfassung:	In a system comprising a control apparatus and a gateway in a mobile communication system, the gateway includes a first server configured to receive data from a user apparatus and two or more second servers configured to transfer the data received by the first server to an external network. The two or more second servers are divided into a plurality of groups, each of the plurality of groups connecting to a respective external network, and the control apparatus is configured to select, from a group corresponding to identification information of the user apparatus, a second server serving as a transfer destination of the data received from the user apparatus by the first server.
