Zusammenfassung:According to one embodiment, an ultrasound diagnosis apparatus is capable of receiving an operation instruction via a touch panel. The ultrasound diagnosis apparatus includes a storage, an identification unit, and a controller. The storage stores association information in which operation instructions are each associated with a finger type. The identification unit identifies the finger type of a finger that has touched any position on the touch panel. The controller performs one of the operation instructions associated with the finger type identified based on the association information.
