Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a spacer device (1) comprising a rod (2) which is provided with a fixing distal end (20) for fixing the said device, and with a, generally pointed, opposite end intended to spear through an insulation lining and/or a sealing membrane of the vapour barrier type, and a removable connection piece (3) intended to be attached around the pointed end and to sandwich the membrane when the device is in the position of use, it being advantageously possible for the rod (2) to be extended by an extension (6). The device (1) is characterized in that it comprises support means (4) intended for fitting profile sections, the said means being distinct from the connecting piece (3) and arranged so that they project relative to the rod (2), the extension (6) and the connecting piece (3).
