Zusammenfassung:	A medical catheter comprises a plurality of intake lumens (1013a-c, 2013a-c) and a plurality of intake extension tubes (1040a-c). Each intake extension tube communicates with an intake lumen of the catheter to provide fluid communication with the respective intake lumen. The intake extension tubes (1040a-c) are positioned in a stacked arrangement. A clamping member (1042) has a plurality of posts (1053) to receive the stacked tubes to limit lateral movement thereof.
