Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for obtaining a glycoprotein with a glycoform composition comprising an increased percentage of afucosylated glycans relative to an identical method performed without arginine which comprises: (i) culturing cells expressing said glycoprotein under conditions adequate for the expression of said glycoprotein in a cell culture medium comprising arginine in a concentration range of between about 1.5 and about 10 g/L; and (ii) recovering and purifying said glycoprotein.
