The fabric sheet (3) has a first surface (31), a second surface (32) and a plurality of micropores (33) extending through the first and second surfaces (31, 32). The waterproof plastic film (5) has an outer surface (52), an inner surface (51) bonded to the first surface (31) of the fabric sheet (3), and a plurality of hollow protrusions (50) protruding from the outer surface (52). Each of the hollow protrusions (50) defines a channel (501) having an inner open end (501) at the inner surface (51) and an outer open end (503) distal from the inner and outer surfaces (51, 52).
