A computer implemented method of integrating an origin data set (201) into a target data set (209) comprises: receiving (402) the origin data set (201), the origin data set (201) being organized according to an origin data set schema (204) specifying a format for data of the origin data set (201), receiving (404) a target data set ontology (203), the target data set ontology (203) defining data objects of the target data set (209), generating (406), according to the origin data set schema (204) and the target data set ontology (203), a domain-specific transform language specific to the origin data set schema (204) and the target data set ontology (203), receiving (408) transform instructions programmed in the domain-specific transform language, performing error checking on the transform instructions as the transform instructions are being received, and integrating (412), subsequent to a correction of the one or more errors in the transform instructions, at least a portion of the origin data set into the target data set according to the corrected transform instructions.
