Zusammenfassung:An aluminum alloy clad material can produce a heat exchanger tube that exhibits excellent outer-side corrosion resistance when formed into a tube. The aluminum alloy clad material comprises a core material and a sacrificial anode material, one side of the core material being clad with the sacrificial anode material, the core material being formed of an Al-Mn-Cu alloy that comprises 0.6 to 2.0 mass% of Mn and 0.03 to 1.0 mass% of Cu, with the balance being aluminum and unavoidable impurities, the sacrificial anode material being formed of an Al-Zn-Cu alloy that comprises 0.5 to 6.0 mass% of Zn and 0.03 to 0.3 mass% of Cu, with the balance being aluminum and unavoidable impurities, and a relationship "Cu content (mass%) in sacrificial anode material ‰¤ Cu content (mass%) in core material" being satisfied.
