Zusammenfassung:	The holder 14 is provided with an engagement portion 20b, 21b which engages with the upper electrode plate 12 from a side opposite to the PTC element 10 with respect to the upper electrode plate 12, and an engagement portion 20c, 21c which engages with the lower electrode plate 13 from a side opposite to the PTC element 10 with respect to the lower electrode plate 13. The holder 14 is configured to allow the upper electrode plate 12 to be displaced in a direction closer to and away from the lower electrode plate 13 in a gap between the engagement portion 20b, 21b and the engagement portion 20c, 21c.
