Zusammenfassung:	An engine bleed air system (60) for providing air to an aircraft system includes a port (62) for extracting bleed air from a compressor section of an engine. The system additionally includes a turbo-generator (64) having a turbine (82) and a generator (84). The generator (84) is driven by rotation of the turbine (82). A boost compressor (66) is fluidly coupled to the port (62). Bleed air from the port (62) is selectively provided to one of the turbo-generator (64) and the boost compressor (66) based on a demand of the aircraft system.
