Zusammenfassung:The present disclosure relates to a pharmaceutical composition, comprising a first composition which comprises amlodipine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and valsartan or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and a second composition which comprises rosuvastatin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The pharmaceutical composition has excellent stability and a high dissolution rate. By a synergistic combination of drugs having different mechanisms, the pharmaceutical composition can alleviate side effects of conventional single formulations and thus can be used in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease, hypertension, arteriosclerosis, hyperlipidemia, and a complex disease thereof to an improved extent. The pharmaceutical composition also improves medication compliance.
