Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a protective panel (106) for a rigid body wall (108), said panel including a flexible wall (110) for attachment to the rigid wall, comprising ribs (111) on an inner surface (113) of the flexible wall, said ribs being capable of resiliently deforming by compression by bearing against the rigid wall when the flexible wall is dented towards the rigid wall; the flexible wall (110) including at least one outwardly convex portion (112) and having a lower denting resistance than the rest of the wall. The invention also relates to a body element (104), such as a side door, including a rigid wall (108) to which such a protective panel (106) is attached.
