Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a portable power tool (1), in particular an electric portable power tool, having a controllable drive machine (5) which is connected/connectable by a transmission device to a tool (8) to be driven, wherein the transmission device has a controllable gearbox (6) having at least two different gears and a controllable percussion mechanism (20), and having a control device (18), operable by a user, for operating the portable power tool (1), wherein the control device (18) has an actuable selector switch (22) for selecting one of several predetermined operating modes and controls the drive machine (5), the gearbox (6) and the percussion mechanism (20) depending on an actuation of the selector switch (22).
