Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a control device and control method for a construction machine. A control device and control method for a construction machine according to the embodiments of the present invention can determine a need for the operation of the alternator by taking into account required electrical energy and the current charge amount of a battery when auxiliary power is received from the auxiliary power device, and can thus decrease an engine RPM in a situation in which power generation is not required, thereby improving the fuel efficiency of a construction machine.
