Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates in particular to a creel for a fibre bobbin, comprising at least one module (2) including a first mandrel (21) for receiving a bobbin, mounted rotatably about a first axis (A1), and a system (3) for controlling the tension of the fibre which comprises an unwinding roller (31) mounted rotatably about a second axis (A2) parallel to the first axis, a swinging arm (33) mounted pivotably about a third axis (A3) perpendicular to the first and second axes, and supporting at the end thereof a swinging pulley (32) mounted rotatably about a fourth axis (A4) parallel to the third axis, and a deflecting pulley (34) mounted rotatably about a fifth axis (A5), parallel to the fourth axis. The fibre (91) passes over the unwinding roller, the swinging pulley and then the deflecting pulley, the rotation of the first mandrel being controlled in accordance with the position of the swinging arm.
