The first communication device (101) and the second communication device (102) operate in a communications network (100). The first communication device (101) sends (502) the configuration message to the second communication device (102). The configuration message is for configuring the second communication device (102) to report channel information about one carrier (143) to the first communication device (101) on a primary carrier (141) and on one or more secondary carriers (142). According to a method performed by the second communication device (102), the second communication device (102) receives (601) the configuration message and sends (604) a first channel information report on the primary carrier (141) and a second channel information report on a first secondary carrier of the one or more secondary carriers (142), according to the received configuration message.
