Zusammenfassung:	Provided are a method and apparatus for generating an ONU template. The method includes acquiring modification information about a service parameter of a first ONU template; creating a second ONU template that has a same service parameter as the first ONU template; and modifying a corresponding service parameter in the second ONU template according to the modification information to obtain a third ONU template. Cumbersomeness of a process of modifying the ONU service parameter is solved and complexity of modifying the ONU service parameter is reduced.
