The refrigerator (100) includes a main body (100a) having a first storage compartment (20), a right door (30) installed to a right side of the main body (100a) to open the first storage compartment (20) via pivotal rotation about the right side, a left door (50) installed to a left side of the main body (100a) to open the first storage compartment (20) via pivotal rotation about the left side, a first camera (40) installed to the right door (30) to take a picture during rotation of the right door (30), a second camera (60) installed to the left door (50) to take a picture during rotation of the left door (50), and a control unit (80) configured to combine plural pictures taken by the first camera (40) and the second camera (60) with one another and correct the pictures into an image showing a region from the right door (30) for the first storage compartment (20) to the left door (50) for the first storage compartment (20).
