Zusammenfassung: | A braze gel (110) includes a braze powder, a braze binder, and a viscosity reducer. The braze gel (110) has a gel viscosity sufficiently low to permit dip coating of a component (100) with the braze gel (110) to apply a braze coating (130) of the braze gel (110) to the component (100). A brazing process includes applying the braze gel (110) to a portion of a component (100). The brazing process also includes drying the braze gel (110) to form a braze coating (130) on the component (100) to form a braze-coated component (125). A brazing article (125) includes a component (100) and a braze coating (130) over a portion of the component (100). The component (100) may have structural features (106) having a spacing of less than about 5 mm and a depth of at least about 1 mm, which may be honeycomb cells. The component (100) may be a turbine component. |
