Zusammenfassung:	A flexible circuit board connection in a curved-panel display (100) of the LCD, electrophoretic, OLED or electrowetting types is disclosed. The curvature of a conventional curved display using a rear frame (first accommodating member 20) which has the same curvature as the display panel (110) results in stresses and misalignments at the connection under this frame between the driver printed circuit board (120) located there and the flexible circuit board (10) connecting the driver PCB and extending around the side of the frame (22_1) to the display panel above it. In order to reduce the mechanical stresses and improve the contact alignment, the driver PCB is mounted on a depressed portion ("beading" 24) protruding down from the back of the frame (facing away from the viewer). This portion adapts the steeper radius of curvature at the frame to a gentler radius of curvature where it abuts the driver PCB.
