The guide roller (106) is operatively coupled to the first end (120) of the arm (104) to rotatably engage an exterior surface (202) of the inner casing (200) and an adjustment system (108) extending from the base (102) and engaging the arm (104) to change an angular position of the arm (104) relative to the base (102) and adjust a position of the guide roller (106) relative to the exterior surface (202) of the inner casing (200) .
