CONTROL DEVICE FOR POWER CONVERTER

Provided is a control device for a power converter which promptly suppresses an oscillation when a DC current oscillates, and which stabilizes a DC power transmission. A control device Cb is for a power converter 2b that is a inverter converting DC power into AC power between two power converters 2a and 2b connected with each other via a DC line 3a, and includes a constant margin angle control circuit 10b controlling so as to maintain the constant margin angle for the power converter, a constant voltage control circuit 11b controlling so as to cause the DC voltage of the DC line 3a to be the predetermined DC voltage reference value, a constant current control circuit 12b controlling so as to cause the DC current of the DC line 3a to be the predetermined DC current reference value, an oscillation suppressing circuit 20 outputting the differential value of the DC current at the inverter side, an adder 15b adding the output by the constant voltage control circuit 11b and the output by the oscillation suppressing circuit 20, and a minimum value selecting circuit 12b selecting the minimum value among the output by the constant margin angle control circuit 10b, the output by the adder 15b, and the output by the constant current control circuit 12b, and setting the selection result as the control angle for the power converter 2b.
