Zusammenfassung:There is described a wind turbine comprising (a) a nacelle (110) supported by a tower (120), (b) a generator (130, 131, 132), (c) a rotatable front assembly (140) arranged on a side of the generator (130, 131, 132) facing away from the nacelle (110), and (d) a cooling system for cooling the generator (130, 131, 132) by feeding cooling air (144) from the rotatable front assembly (140) to the generator (130, 131, 132). Furthermore, a method of cooling a generator of a wind turbine is described.
