Zusammenfassung:The present disclosure relates to a catalytic cracking process of vacuum gas oil for preparing cracked run naphtha with low olefin content. The process makes use of a catalyst composition which is a mixture of an FCC equilibrated catalyst and an additive comprising a zeolite and at least one non-rare earth metal promoter that is selected from Zn and Ga. The process is successful in achieving lower olefin content in the resultant cracked run naphtha as compared to a base FCC ECAT catalyst.
