Zusammenfassung:	A fuel cell system includes: a reformer converting a fuel gas into a reformed gas rich in hydrogen; a fuel cell stack generating electricity by using the reformed gas; an electrodeionization device discharging pure water in which an impurity ion is removed from supplied water; a sensing unit measuring electrical conductivity of the pure water; a water supply unit supplying the pure water to the reformer and the fuel cell stack; and a control unit controlling an operation of the fuel cell stack depending on a measuring signal of the sensing unit.
