Zusammenfassung:	The invention is characterised in that, in a first step, a user downloads a so called app (application) to the users mobile phone (4, 8, 10), which app is arranged to be activated by the user and thereby brought to send a message in the form of a photo, a video sequence, a text message (SMS) and/or a voice message and possibly an indication of a position for the mobile phone (4, 8, 10) to a central control center (1) comprising a transmitting and receiving unit (2) for a location where a lot of people are present, in that in a second step, the central transmitting and receiving unit (2) is brought to deliver a received message to an operator using a screen and/or speakers, in that in a third step, the transmitting and receiving unit (2) is arranged to be activated by the operator and thereby brought to broadcast the whole of or parts of the received message to relevant personnel (5,6) and/or relevant persons (7) at said location.
