Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a water treatment device, water treatment method, sterile water production device, and sterile water production method. The present invention comprises: first electrodes (12A) and second electrodes (12B); and a ceramic structure (18) in which an active species is produced by plasma (26) which is generated between the first electrodes (12A) and the second electrodes (12B) after the introduction of a gas (14), and the active species is introduced into water (16). The electrodes of the first electrodes (12A) and/or the second electrodes (12B) are integrated with the ceramic structure (18).
