Zusammenfassung:	The exchanger has a tubular cooling cartridge (1) having side walls (2) provided with S-shaped seams extended diagonally over the side walls. The seams cut a central longitudinal line (MLL) of the side walls. Concave end sections of the seams are arranged adjacent a central longitudinal axis of the side wall. Round seams (15) lie between end sections of the S-shaped seams, and C-shaped seams (11) is provided in the central longitudinal line and triangular seams (16) is arranged in a central traverse line (MQL) of the side wall adjacent to a diagonal side piece (6) of the S-shaped seams.
