Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an assembly (1, 100, 101, 102) for determining a movement fault of a rotating device (2), comprising: a rotating device, the movement fault of which is to be determined, having a rotor (4) that can rotate about a rotor rotational axis (DR), and a stator (3); a pivot bearing (5) having a first bearing part (6) and a second bearing part (7) which can rotate in relation to one another, wherein the first bearing part is immovably coupled to the rotor (4) of the rotating device (2) and the second bearing part (7) can rotate relative to the rotor (4) of the rotating device; a rotation-limiting device (11, 40) with which a rotation of the second bearing part (7) about the rotor rotational axis (DR) is/can be prevented, and with which a movement of the second bearing part (7) in at least one other rotational degree of freedom and/or at least one translational degree of freedom is permitted; and a movement-determining device (20, 30, 60) designed for determining a movement of the second bearing part (7) in the at least one other rotational degree of freedom and/or the at least one translational degree of freedom.
