Thanks to the hygienic additive providing system developed and the urinal having said system, passage of a specific dosage of hygienic additive with the flushing water into the urinal bowl is provided. The system comprises: at least one reservoir (5) in which the hygienic additive is stored; at least one connection body (9) positioned on the reservoir (5); at least one outer body (6) to be positioned in the connection body (9); at least one inner body (8) positioned inside the outer body (6); at least one ball (7) which is positioned inside the inner body (8) and which moves up and down.
