Zusammenfassung:	Provided are a latex composition suitable for use in a one-pack aqueous adhesive that has an excellent balance of excellent initial adhesive strength, storage stability, and spray coating properties and gives a soft adhesive layer after drying and a one-pack aqueous adhesive including the latex composition. A latex composition includes 100 parts by mass of a latex mixture including 50 to 85% by mass of a chloroprene polymer latex in terms of solid content, containing a chloroprene polymer and including 15 to 50% by mass of an acrylic polymer latex in terms of solid content, containing an acrylic polymer having a glass transition temperature of -40 to -10°C and includes 3 to 6 parts by mass of a 5% aqueous boric acid solution or a pH adjustor selected from amino acids having an isoelectric point of 5.5 to 6.5, in terms of solid content. The chloroprene polymer is preferably a chloroprene homopolymer, a copolymer of chloroprene and 2,3-dichloro-1,3-butadiene, or a mixture of them.
