Zusammenfassung:	A device and a method for transmitting a high-frequency signal. The device is designed to include a carrier, through which a passage is formed; a transmitting element on a first surface of the carrier, to which the high-frequency signal may be applied; and a receiving element on a second surface of the carrier, which is galvanically isolated from the transmitting element, the high-frequency signal being transmittable as an electromagnetic wave through the passage to the receiving element with the aid of the transmitting element.
