Zusammenfassung:	A display device may include a light shield layer (LS) on a first substrate (SUB); a buffer layer (BUF) on the light shield layer (LS); a semiconductor layer (ACT) on the buffer layer (BUF); a first insulating layer (GI) on the semiconductor layer (ACT); a gate metal layer (GAT) on the first insulating layer (GI); a second insulating layer (ILD) having a contact hole (CH1 a) on the gate metal layer (GAT) and exposing a portion of the gate metal layer (GAT); and a source drain metal layer (SD) on the second insulating layer (ILD) and in contact with the gate metal layer (GAT) through the contact hole (CH1 a), wherein the semiconductor layer (ACT) includes an auxiliary contact hole (VA1a) located in an area corresponding to the contact hole (CH1 a).
