Zusammenfassung:	A device for securing braking devices to a chassis frame of a rail vehicle forming a cross-member of the chassis frame that has a longitudinal axis, and includes at least two securing points for braking devices, wherein the securing points are spaced apart from the cross-member in a longitudinal direction which lies normal to the longitudinal axis, where at least one respective securing point is arranged at the end on a continuous brake carrier having an open cross section, where a connector is provided, via which the brake carrier is both connected to the cross-member and is spaced apart from the cross-member in a vertical direction to reduce the weight and so as not to simultaneously increase the warp stiffness of the chassis frame.
