Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a decorative trim (14) for a motor vehicle comprising: a first part (24) formed from a first material which can be electroplated; an electroplating layer (26) which covers a surface of the first part (24) at least partially; and comprising a second part (28) adjacent to the first part (24) and formed from a second material which cannot be electroplated and is light-permeable, wherein a surface (30) of the second part (28), which surface is associated with a decorative trim front (16) of the decorative trim (14), can be illuminated from the back, and the decorative trim front (14) has a shoulder (36) in a region (34) in which the first part (24) and the second part (28) adjoin one another. The invention also relates to a motor vehicle comprising a decorative trim (14).
