A sample smearing apparatus (100) includes: a first slide glass feeder (11) which feeds a slide glass (10) before processing; a slide glass transporter (20) which includes a slide glass holder (21) that holds the slide glass (10), and can receive the slide glass (10) at a first slide glass feeding position (111) from the first slide glass feeder (11), and transports the received slide glass (10) while holding the slide glass with the slide glass holder (21); and a slide processor (30) which performs processing on the slide glass (10) held by the slide glass holder (21). |
