Embodiments provide apparatuses, methods and computer programs for a base station transceiver and a mobile transceiver. The base station transceiver (100) is configured to serve mobile transceivers (200) in at least one cell of the mobile communication system (400). The apparatus (10) for the base station transceiver (100) of the mobile communication system (400) comprises one or more interfaces (12) being configured to provide signals for multiple antennas and a control module (14) being configured to control the one or more interfaces (12). The control module (14) is further configured to form a grid (16) of beams covering the cell and to assign at least one beam (18) of the grid (16) of beams to a mobile transceiver (200). The control module (14) is further configured to adapt the assigned beam (18) based on a mobility and/or a location of the mobile transceiver (200).
