Zusammenfassung:	Embodiments of the present invention provide a service control method, a terminal, and a network device. The method includes: measuring, by a terminal, a service status of interaction between the terminal and a network and/or a moving speed of the terminal; and reporting, by the terminal, measured service status information and/or speed information to a network device, so that the network device configures a network parameter of the terminal according to the service status information and/or the speed information. Therefore, a network throughput is improved, and terminal energy consumption is reduced.
